What you will experience
With almost 30 years of yoga experience in the world of yoga, Trish's classes are for all levels of practicioners. Trish will assess the energy in the room and adapt the practice for the group. Her roots are in Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow but Yin, Restorative and Yoga Nidra practices have become a passion. Trish is also a meditation and mindfulness teacher which will be woven through her classes. As a student you can expect an eclectic mix of styles and rest assured you will experience a class that can shift your energy and uplift your soul. Mindful Flow is the way to describe her style of class. See you on the mat soon!
