Trish Hardy is a passionate and experienced Yoga Instructor who loves teaching all levels of students. Whether you're a beginner or a long time practitioner, you can enjoy Trish's classes. She offers a variety of options to challenge your own body where you are at. Trish's mission is to help her students find balance, strength and tranquility in their daily lives through the practice of Yoga. She believes that Yoga is for everyone and is dedicated to making her classes accessible and enjoyable for all.
