With herYT 500 certification in styles like vinyasa flow, yin, somatic, restorative, and yoga nidra, she’s here guide you, no matter your experience level! Whether you’re a newbie or a seasoned yogi, Trish’s classes are designed to challenge and inspire you. Her mission? To help you find balance, strength, and tranquility in your life through the amazing practice of yoga, making every class a fun and accessible experience for all!
Trish's Yoga Journey
My incredible yoga journey kicked off in way back in 1998 when I dove into an Ashtanga Yoga course in Calgary, initially seeking a physical workout. Little did I know that would offer so much more than just fitness! With about 27 years as a passionate student and 16 years as a teacher, I’m still excited to explore this practice every day! I launched my training with a fantastic 200-hour certification at Yogaworks in Santa Monica, California, focusing on Vinyasa Flow. I also earned a 100-hour ISHTA Yoga certification and attended workshops and conferences. I completed a Yin Yoga Certification and a 500-hour yoga certification through the Canadian Institute of Therapeutic Yoga in 2019. Inspired by the power of mind and body connection and healing through yoga, I pursued a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology and now work as a Registered Psychotherapist in passion filled private practice. I believe in the powerful blend of Eastern philosophy and Western psychology, and’m convinced that everyone can discover their inner peace through yoga, mindfulness, meditation and stillness.
